Characteristics of WN unobstructed mud pump

This series of pumps is the first generation of dedicated slurry pumps for the ceramic industry, mainly used for slurry filtration of slurry, glaze slurry, and coal water slurry in the ceramic industry. It is a replacement product for previous diaphragm pumps, PN pumps, plunger pumps, and various submersible pumps. Its characteristics are: low power, high efficiency, flow rate of 3-60 tons/hour, head of 0-50 meters, suction stroke of 5 meters (when the vertical height is below 5 meters, it can transport 200 meters in parallel). This pump adopts an advanced sealing system without leakage, and the overcurrent part is made of wear-resistant materials with a long service life. It is equipped with cooling water for sealing and cooling, and isolates the pump heat from the motor (water will not enter the mud).

Two check devices, except for the first use of water injection, do not require additional water injection during subsequent startups. They can be used and opened immediately, with advanced structure and easy maintenance.

As of June 2009, there were over 1000 ceramic enterprises in China with more than 10000 slurry pumps in use.
